What have you done to your square lately??
The front drivers side sits above the frame, thus no hole (in frame). I can't get to (tried a lot) because the shield for the cat is there. I used pivot etc extensions bla bla. Removing the poly shield did give more room to move the tank, but not enough and strap thread hung up over frame... -

Hmm, good info. I'm thinking the front strap bolt may need cut by a 1/2" after I put on the tank. I will NOT be able to get to it once I put it up, and that will help tremendously. I also caused some of my own problems with the trans jack. FYI, I got to front strap bolt with long 18mm... -

Wylie, and just may, lol. No success today after lunch. Does that damn poly cover have to come down 1st? The strap bolts stick through da frame (front above) and wouldn't let it come down after I took out the 8 bracket bolts. So after prying a bit, I stuck a socket through the frame hole... -

Cool, good to know. Guess it's always just tackling something I haven't before, then I'm like, that wasn't bad, just like someone said, LOL! I have a siphon hand pump and trans jack, so should be fine. The tanks have the black poly protectors...same bolts drop the tank or will they be separate... -

I've been troubleshooting no fuel up to TBI. Checking lines, clearing lines, new filter (old was clear), put in dohicky to hook up psi gauge (no psi). I hear LH pump run, and it pushed fuel out after tank switch valve, but guess not enough. I'll run some air from valve back to pump, then... -

Jeez, our newly painted bolts & studs has me concerned now. Thought about that when I did it. Firewall ground strap to engine, two wires that ground at ECM stud; negative cable from battery to alternator bracket. Those got painted but battery to Frame left alone, and seems like a couple to...- Sgt Gus

Yes, I read the stock actually does 18psi. I can't see us needing that, but understand the concept of having more psi, then adjust our regulator. I feel like 60 psi could be extreme for our build, and possibly dangerous. I may be fixing to drop tanks. RH made truck studder previously... -

We will keep you in mind for parts! 220 TBI = 50mm and about 640 cfm, BB injectors more flow. -
