Good to know. It’s hard to see up in there with the spring still in. I tried to get the lower ball joint out this afternoon, but it won’t pop out seemingly without ruining the ball joint pressed into the tubular LCA. As an Edelbrock owner that was initially a fan and now have gone through the process of getting it to work as it should, I won’t dispute that comment. -

Well, if the rig isn’t held together by zip ties, and you don’t have to turn on the heater to activate the fuel pump, you’re doing awright. -

I just got a 3/8” spacer off scamazon, which by all reports means roughly translated .75” correction, and theoretically would be completely level once I get my 165 lb frame in the driver side. I don’t recall- I know that the lower control arm has a “pocket” for the end of the spring to sit into- I don’t remember the upper perch having the same but can anyone confirm? The reason I’m asking is that my truck after lowering has always had a bit of a 1/2” or so lean toward the driver...- ChuckN

I would be remiss to not ask for pictures. IMHO (and I don’t necessarily agree with this) that many times curb appeal rules the day over awesome mechanical work. I will say that that is an impressive list of upgrades tho. -

I wouldn’t dispute that, but I’ll be so bold as to say that in all of our trucks, the wiring harnesses are 40-50 years old. The benefit of new harnesses (not having an opinion one way or another on what the OP should do) is that typically each wire is marked every foot or so so it is easy to stay organized and know exactly what is going on.
