I'm not certain Buck69... All I know is the gentleman gave me the impression 2 years ago, it had an 8.1L... and a bad pump diagnosis... asked me if I could fix it. Your picture shows a slight difference in spacing at your U-Bolts, one side has a gap and the other does not... at the spring perch on your axle tube. Most water tight enclosures will hold moisture. Hand Held Radios rated for IP67 or IP68 are known to hold condensation and short out. Is this a full restoration or can it get mid-evil looking? The bottom rivets on your cross member may be fractured, cracked or broken where you cannot see them.
