“4x4” front hub decals?
LMC Truck has them, But I find sets of 4 less expensive on eBay. they’re usually 3” or 3 1/2”.. trim to fit front- FireTruck1984

Interior Insulation
I used sound deadened everywhere I could (Dynamat-KilMat-Noico) then the Butyl mat, then the heat and sound insulation kit (Has foil to reflect heat) , Tape all seams with foil tape, the (HVAC) tape is of better quality. 1976 GMC right tailgate cup

Seat tracks
Not without some modification, the tabs to mount the track to the bottom of the seat are different. And of course the adjustment release lever is on the side for 73-80 Save yourself a headache and get the correct tracks. ’81-‘87 ‘73-‘80- FireTruck1984
