    That looks like an hour fix from here. That can be fixed easy, get the spot welder/slide hammer kit from harbor freight and have at it Cutting and welding there will be a huge misyake.

    I have a '17 rubicon as a DD. I live in the mountains. Having the abilty to lock both axles has gotten me home more than once. It snows like hell here and the roads are barely maintained, if it all in some places. Cell service is largely non-existent. So one benefit, is not walking in -30°...

    The cab has it's stock harness in place, everything works as it did in 77. The ac controls needed a vacuum pump to run actuators. Thats plumbed into the stock canister. The cruise I have not been able to get working. I have it wired up and kinda gave up on it 4-5 years ago. It since occured...

    M21/22s have a 2.20 first, which would be awful for towing. Autogear can update the ratios, but that would soak up the 1k budget though

    The lower hose should be cold. That's the inlet side after the coolant has been through the radiator. This is a non issue

    Super T10 vs M20/M21

    I doubt it will work. All of those transmissions take different speedo gears and have a different size hole. It's aluminum, if you're dead set against a mechanical speedo then pull the tailshaft and have a plug welded in. Or snip the cable and plug the end of it.

    You need a GL4 that is GL4 only. Sta-lube is about the only source. Most companies make GL4/GL5 mix in the same bottle.

    You want GL4 or GL1. Napa carries both. GL5 is no good.

    Nobody warned me about the MPGs on these square bodies!

    I get 16-18 with mine. 95% of my driving is rural/back roads. Its a constant 18 on the highway. My 93 two door Blazer got 14 in town and 16 on the highway. In the winter it would drop to 11.

    Dodge guys cant do math! Every cummins out there gets 25 mpg and makes 500 hp. Just ask.

    Tbi is 15 PSI, decent rubber hose and clamps will get you by in a pinch. I don't recommend it for a long term solution though.
