Knock Sensor
Hey All My 1989 Suburban the 1500 4 x 4 just rolled over 200,000 miles as the original knock sensor should I replace it it’s running fine should I leave it alone is it going to be stuck leave it alone I can get an AC Delco one cheaper than the NAPA one that’s weird thanks in advance- Mango

Problem Solved Replaced the ICM, while i was in there also replaced the Rotor, When reconnecting the coil wire to the ICM first one no problem second one the Flipping tab snapped off and went flying?? Luck have it be NAPA had two in stock Test Drive no stalling yet only time will Tell The...- Mango

Was running great filled up drove about 25 miles hyw speed and in town stop and go, On my way home from work the second stop sign it stumbled on take off next stop stumbled again did not stall Drove into subdivision 15 MPH and it stalled twice started right back up Back on roar at 35 MPH stalled...- Mango

Front brake pads ceramic or semi matallic
Back in the day, I replace calipers hoses, new brake pads with metallic. I found that they had a lot of brake dust, and they would stick and grab it stops and starts replace the brake pads with ceramic much better. 87 Chevy TBI IAC Troubleshooting
Disconnect, the negative terminal on the battery, using a jumper wire connected to your negative ground it out on your frame For about 10 minutes that will take all the power out of your EMC. It may take a few miles to get a re-calibrated to your new IAC- Mango

Brakes Sticking,Locking up
OK back to the Beginning, Lifted the Burb Pulled the tire off Rotor very hard to turn, Bleed the connection by the frame rail no change? Pumped the brakes engine off, Took the bleed screw off still hard to turn Looks like I have a bad caliper that is not very old ???? Drivers side works fine- Mango
