Hydro Brake Part Number 85 Blazer

Of course. There is a finite library of parts to choose from. We would mix and match all the components on those charts until we got the pedal feel, travel, deceleration, durability and FMVSS compliance we were looking for. K

Hydro Brake Part Number 85 Blazer

Since you graciously provided a photo of the "KH" broadcast code sticker I can tell you the corresponding part number is 25509416. More importantly I can say it is the same as m/c as any diesel blazer or 1/2 ton dsl Suburban (JD5) or 3/4 ton 2 or 4wd pickup with JD6. K

    Axle ratio help

Correct. BJC is the broadcast (pick) code, so that the operator knows which part to put on without memorizing the whole 8 digit part number. This is shown on the build sheet that follows the vehicle down the line. Sometimes they use the last two or three digits of the part number; sometimes...

    Axle ratio help

Nope. Option codes are different than broadcast (pick) codes. See if this helps (post #2): https://www.gmsquarebody.com/threads/why-do-we-have-rpos-anyway.45494/ Broadcast codes are a shortcut so the operator does not have to remember the whole 8 digit part number when he is selecting the...

    Axle ratio help

"BJC" is the broadcast code for the axle. It represents the "pick code" for the specific axle part number, by model/series/brake system/ratio/locking vs open. But - to decode that - you would have to have access to the secret decoder ring. Which I do not. Edit: but the site does. See post...

    Bed mounts?

Not factory. I watched my guys install about 900,000 pick up beds (one a minute every working day for six years). None of them had any kind of rubber mount. K
