    I think there is supposed to be some slip. You put the wing window in and then tighten that crosscar screw so that it puts the window seal in compression.

    You really can't go by the noun names. They are made up marketing magic. You have to go by the code. Hugger orange on a Chevy is carousel red on a Pontiac, for example. Same recipe for both. K

    For chassis parts you should be common back to 1987 (first year for TBI) and back to 1981 for non fuel related stuff. Some appearance items (front grille and bumpers, interior trim ) are unique to 88/89ish and newer. Edit: sorry should have refreshed before posting.
