I really wish I had prepped and painted the interior while I had the windshield out, there’s some pretty good flaky rust at the bottom of the dash by the windshield rubber.     Thanks I just want nice things honestly. Weeping is fine, my 355 I'm pulling pout of the white K10 I sold my buddy had a good amount of buildup on it behind the accessories but never leaked a drop on the driveway. Thats what I want.

    God, that’s ugly. Maybe it will look better once I put the polished valve covers back on. My dumbass bought regular ARP bolts not realizing this cover needs Allen head bolts with no shoulder on them to work. Hopefully they’ll be here tomorrow evening from Summit, they are pretty quick.

    I used Teflon tape at first, but it really didn’t like it. It was grinding after a couple of threads so I backed it out and removed it.

    Did I have a wrong heater hose fitting? They’re both the same in the old water pump and intake but I thought you’re supposed to have a 5/8 and a three-quarter. That’s what I ordered New. While I’m at it, which one goes where? Edit: I googled it, three-quarter goes on the water pump
