Post some pics of your setup. #inspection cover: I think you have to modify a non fitting cover. #fuel pump: You can grind off a little from the fuel pump housing where it rubs. #fuel pump return: Run a fuel pressure regulator with gauge and return.- ali_c20

NP203 leaking. Replace or fix?
Fix it. Get the 100$ 203 and build it to your needs. It's easy to work on the 203, no special tools required. You could add a 2wd kit while you're in it. When I swapped in a np205 (twin stick) in my K5 I needed an adapter between tranny and tc, manual locking hubs and had to lenghten the rear...- ali_c20

I made custom polyurethane radiator mounts
After several attempts to put my cold case direct fit radiator in my C20 with no avail I decided to make my own custom mounts.
