Muffler upgrade that make stock exhaust roar with be abnoxus
Flowmasters are known for drone. I had 3 different ones on different vehicles and they droned my brain out of my head at cruise speed. Search Youtube, there are many videos with sounds from different mufflers to get an idea how they sound.- ali_c20

Upper Door seal question
The softest weatherstrip I bought is from Precision. I parked my K5 in the summer sun for a few days to break in the seals, opened the doors and closed them when everything was burning hot.- ali_c20

A/C options - 81 C10 Non A/C cab (LS Swap in progress)
I installed a Vintage Air direct fit system in my wife's 69 Mustang a few years ago. Install was a breeze, all required parts were in the kit. Cools and heats great. -
3 Wire Temp Sender
Does the resistance range of the sensor match the gauge? If no your temp readings would always be off.- ali_c20

Well that sucks
I would guess lines or evaporator core. I would do a full rebuild as you are already have to work on it and the other parts are old and can fail too. Is the system using R12 or R134a ? If R12 you have to swap some parts to be compatible with R134a. The linked article below has a lot of info... -

Power brake upgrade question
The brake booster should have it's own vacuum line, not shared with any other thing that needs vacuum. -

Sorry couldn't find any pictures. The screw has a coarse thread, is thin and has a big washer. I think have one in my shop but would have to search for it but I can't promise that I find it.- ali_c20
