Arrrgh ! .. I would recommend a trip to the junk yard and pull out a replacement from something similar. At least you will know that it will fit and work. If the truck is a combination of two, as you have said, any combination of parts may have been used to put it together. Doesn't matter tho' - still a cool truck, and the main thing is to get it square and solid then you can get the panels to align. I'll try and find some pics of the under floor... -

No one re-man's any of the Super Cheyenne / High Sierra woodgrain that I have seen. Others on the board may have more info on this, as some are involved in the aftermarket scene directly .. -

Door panels are no problem if you have all the parts. Outer trim can be polished and re-painted black. Inner panel can be re-covered with a woodgrain wrap now. Like those used on full car wraps. Cheap, easy and more choice of patterns than the original Di-Noc. Can get the dash and bezel trimmed... -
