Easy. Put the valve covers back on and run it. Caked on sludge and grime are not a problem until YOU make them a problem. When you drive down the road, do you worry about the mud in the ditches? Sbc serpintine belt kit

A6/axial ac compressor lines
Whats wrong with the old ones? If they have a leak, Permatex The Right Stuff gasket maker will fix them. I have repaired many A/C leaks with that stuff. Once I fix a bullet hole in an A/C condenser with it. -

What rear diff seals do I need to replace? Carrier bearing condition?
I would not replace anything. Maybe change the fluid, but that's all. Those leaks are not bad. Unless you are having to top off the diff with each oil change, its nothing to worry about.- Chevy 88

Retorque Question
How were the bolts loose to begin with? Torqued with oil on the bolt holes? If the gaskets leaked, I think it would be worth replacing the gasket or performing a leak-down test.- Chevy 88

What is this part?
More pics, then plug them into google image search. Or, are there any part numbers on it? I needed to figure out where a heat shield went today, and I found a part number stamped on it. That lead to a parts diagram and thus the solution. -
Painting new panels help needed
Personally, I don't paint the inside. I just wipe the panel down with rubbing alcohol and then rattle can the exterior side. - Good 'nuff.- Chevy 88
