Agree can never say never, however I can't remember a master alone causing unequal side to side brake issues. edit, OP don't overthink it. Whatever fixes it will be logical and you will say why did it take so long to figure it out.- fast 99

When locked up open bleeder, does it release? If not bad caliper, stuck slides. If it does there is a restriction somewhere in the system as suggested above bad brake hose, ect.- fast 99

Sun Timing Light on life support.

How do I test mechanical fuel pump
Interesting 10-15 hg. Checking the vacuum side, don't think I have ever done that except by hand with a finger over the inlet. That is one reason I recommend checking volume. no sucky. no volume. I installed a dashes direct in an 81. Dash bezel wouldn't fit the opening, especially on the left upper corner. Had to grind away some of the bezel. Is this something you have run into? -
High Compression Woes, good fix??
Another benefit of AV gas is it's much more stable. I rotate through my cars to give all of them equal use but that usually ends up being 3+ years of inactivity. Last fill up they get a good load of AV gas. Smells good to.- fast 99

Cam design will effect compression ratio, 200 is to high on todays fuel. A friend just built a 406 Ford and had a heck of a time with high compression ratio. Probably should perform a leak-down or alternately look at top of pistons with an inspection camera. Blow by is more often than not caused by rings leaking. Run on can have many causes, low octane, high idle, vacuum leak, hot engine, to name a few. Leaning out would likely make that worse...- fast 99

Perform a lean drop for idle mix. Either by ear or a tach back screw out until highest rpm is achieved then back in until you loose 25-50 rpm.- fast 99

With functioning cat and air pump results are usually lower. What is the CO? Also where is the RPM at? If RPM can be raised that will usually lower both HC and CO. Gauge that goes in that area may not have 3 pins. Some light sockets may not be used. Shine a flashlight from the rear what does it illuminate? If the sockets are hard to twist try it with a small pliers. It's possible the area around the bulb has deformed or melted.- fast 99

Unless the cat is plugged a bad cat will have no effect on driveability with OBD1 vehicles. Check all the grounds and when connectors are unplugged inspect for pin push back and corrosion.- fast 99

Parking brake pedal will not compress
^^^this^^^ If your a larger person take the seat out, only 4 bolts. It is more likely that one or more cables are stuck.
