Yes they did. Single opening, 4 hole and tapered spacer. Came down to the specific combination. There was a distinct improvement with a Wilson tapered spacer on a Wilson manifold.- fast 99

Epoxy is an excellent barrier coat. Best to read directions. Some brands must me sanded and recoated with epoxy after 7 days, others like Nason just sanded. Sprayed motorcycle tin yesterday with Nason. Never used their product before. Can be used over bare metal, is a sealer and surfacer... -
hydraulic pump
Probably need to consult with pump manufacturers. There are high volume and or high pressure pumps and you may need a flow restrictor in the system somewhere. Make sure the return line/hose is larger than pressure side. There's lots to consider such as RPM.- fast 99

Are these modern carburetors a big improvement?
Carbs are stupid, meaning just mechanical. There was an experiment for a couple years with self adjusting carbs that had feedback. They were slightly more complex but if set up properly, worked. Best to ask at a paint store. There are new products developed all the time. Not necessarily better because of VOC requirements. When I painted, epoxy DP PPG was was the best and also expensive. Generally true, only have seen a couple fail. One of our trucks both of them failed at the same time. Incomplete diagnosis led me to a failed pump. That doesn't tell you anything. Need to lay 2 dampers on top of each other with key way aligned. Yes the engine will run at 25 degrees although at reduced power and increased fuel use. Changed a sway bar link on a 2023 Altima 35k miles. Still under warranty they replaced the strut for a loose link. Not playing the make appointment and leave it for a day again.- fast 99

Where the 2 wires attach to the pickup coil they can break right at pickup coil. Cause is from the advance plate moving. I sometimes give them a gentle tug with a needle nose pliers. if about to break it is usually visible.- fast 99

Only mentioned the cap swap because it is quick and easy. Be sure to look carefully at those pickup wires. If the vehicle has the original distributor best to retain it if possible. Aftermarket or rebuilt distributors may or may not have an advance curve that works for that vehicle.- fast 99

Checking the vacuum eliminated a lot of mechanical items. I would suspect an ignition issue, weak coil, wire breaking down, crossfire inside cap, that sort of problem. Do not spend extra money on any exotic plug. They will do nothing for a 350 other than drain the wallet. Buy plain old stock plugs.- fast 99
