actually given the amount of engines sold seems like minimal complaints. Then have to discount a few for causes outside of the engine like a rich carb and bad rings. Agree with the BBB comment above. I bought engines for 15 years from a good friend that was a production rebuilder. 2 problems...- fast 99

It's really just luck. Have installed engines from all the major players and several local ones. My experience, about 1 in 10 have to come back out. Even had to replace a new GM 350 once. To answer the fitment question, visually look at it. Usually the crate motors have a generic pan that fits...- fast 99

Speedometer Reads Fast
Tire size wouldn't account for that big of difference. Think new tire diameter compared to a worn out one. Possibly rear gears have been changed. Check out this plugged radiator
My favorite air ratchet is a 1/4" closed head Matco. Did break it a couple times [abuse] but Matco is good about repairing it. Doesn't have enough power to rip a knuckle off, small for tight places and speeds up the job. However not an inexpensive tool. A co worker bought a super powerful 3/8"...- fast 99

Hydro boost brakes sometimes get very tight

Our shop thought the same thing until......I installed a new Chinese starter that was under the intake. Got the pleasure of doing it twice. Bought a reman worked fine. Its luck of the draw no matter what is purchased. -
Need help deciding on which Front Bumper
