    Strip both doors and compare may just need a few parts, regulators, rods, clips and door panels might be able to keep lock cylinders etc. May even need to drill a few holes for mounting hardware but the structure itself as far as the sheet metal goes should be the same.

    I would not trust any adhesive alone to hold on anything that sees air moving over/thru it. I could see with my luck it would let go and hit someone/thing. Rivets and/or nut serts are your friend.

    You appear to have an extra washer or something on top should be like this with the filter between the bolt head and sleeve the step toward valve body and yes, they fit loose but should sit fairly level.

    The case should be vented on the top, also I went thru and looked at hundreds of replacement TH350 yokes even billet ones and they were all built like the one I posted a pic of not a single one had a vent in the yoke itself. Must be a factory thing that may have been dropped at some point...
