    Nothing too bad really. One rust hole not too bad. Not very banged up on this side either. Im thinking about using some paint stripper on some of this. A friend said he would bead blast the steps for me in his blasting cabinet. Found this foam???

    First area to fix is this. question is..is this a factory tac weld? In picture #4 and is that buldge factory too? All 4 corners have it so it looks factory.

    Ride the brakes a little and see if noise goes away. Might be sticky or dusty brakes

    If you have or had dual tanks the metal hard lines attach and run across on that member. Maybe all trucks got it. Not sure.

    Someone on here probably knows what the true answer is. Does it give dimensions and length? Because the firewall vent holes on firewall are in different places depending on a/c or non a/c truck.

    I've never seen a non a/c box like that. Im assuming one is oem non a/c and the other is converting an a/c truck to non a/c if that makes sense.

    Diagnosing mysterious sound from Tran/Tcase

    How about the splined sleeve that cupples the t case to transmission inside the pedestal? They can wear out and make noise. I broke one in 2 once.
