    LS3 6.2 Engine Fuel Lines

I've had the Evil Energy -3 braided soft lines for 5yrs and 60k miles with no issues. Super easy to work with and I just use those rubberized P clamps to secure them to the frame.

    Which Impact Tool

True. But I kinda want a Milwaukee anyway so I'm just gonna use that as an excuse to finally pull the trigger lol

rear tailgate power window motor Blazer/suburban

No, I just did the door window motor kit cuz I have a pickup. The blazer window kit will keep the switch in the OE spot on the dash

    Fender antenna debacle

I agree with Bucket. I know it's ready for paint but I'd wanna fill that hole and put a windshield with an antenna or a hidden antenna in it. The universal antennas that would work for that hole/location look terrible IMO

Chevy k10 rally wheel beauty rings

I'm not sure I've seen a non-rolled 3" beauty ring. I used the 2" on my truck cuz I didn't like the rounded profile of the 3" and I liked how they tucked up against the step of the wheel

    Chuck’s engine build thread!

You could always get some of that aluminum look spray paint, I think one of them is called Alumicast? I've used some on brackets before and they stay looking good longer. I supposed you could even clear coat it? Though that might yellow over time

    Which Impact Tool

Most of my stuff is Ryobi, I've considered trying their 1/2 impact as well when the time comes. I may do that, buy it at HD and see how I like it and return it if it's not powerful enough

    Which Impact Tool

I've been very impressed with my Earthquake XT 1/2" impact from Hobo Freight. It's done everything I've ever asked it to. Unfortunately they discontinued the battery Earthquake XT line (I got mine on the discontinued/open box table) so once my batteries die, I do plan to get a Milwaukee M18...

86 Squarebody with 5.3L LS and P0174 Lean Bank 2 code Full Details

You're right, leaking/hung open would be rich. But you could have one or more not firing enough (they're obviously still firing if you're getting temp in each cylinder). My temps at the primaries just out of the cylinders are usually 300+ degrees though, even long before operating temp. 180 is...

86 Squarebody with 5.3L LS and P0174 Lean Bank 2 code Full Details

Did you get the injectors flowed and checked before install? Could have one or more hung open/dribbling when they shouldn't be firing. Also, throw that intake in the trash. Those are the worst possible things you could put on one of these engines. They lose all low end torque, they make weird...

    Wheel spacer question

I have no suggestions to offer for brands (I've never run spacers on a square) but I've run spacers on a few newer trucks with no issues. As long as they're a quality brand (Bora, etc) and you check the torque regularly, they're fine. I've even towed with spacers plenty of times.

What new tools have you got lately?

I've never heard the term heel bar but it makes sense. I've either heard them called ladyfingers or pry-punches. Imma have to look up some die hooks, that looks like it could be extremely useful

What new tools have you got lately?

This is what I was referring to. They're various sizes, have a pry bar on one end and a punch on the other. We call them LadyFingers lol

Where to find plastic Tailgate cap?

I've never seen a black plastic one for a square, kinda doubt they exist cuz the plastic stuff didn't really get big till after these trucks. You could always have the diamond plate powder coated black

Curious if you have a name for punches/small pry-bars that are pointed like that. We have a name here and I'm curious if it's the same lol
