77 K10 LS Swap
I have one made by Pyle that I fit on a non square body truck to assist the wife while connecting her camper. This unit is wireless, the screen is the size of a cell phone and camera mount to the license plate bracket. It's ok, but only used for the above mentioned task. Probably paid $100 ish ...- Poppy 87

My truck runs! Stopping? Eh not so good
You absolutely should "bench bleed" the master cylinder. Not sure what method that you prefer, but might consider gravity bleed method if in no hurry followed by conventional brake hydraulic method. You may want to consider "flare nut" wrenches so you don't round out brake line fittings if you...- Poppy 87

Pwr Steering Pump R&R....anyone?
Yes there is an o ring, my power steering pump had a small leak, but not from hoses or whatever. I wanted to keep the oe pump as there was nothing wrong with it. Bought a re-seal kit and separate the pump from reservoir, replaced all seals and o rings, and good to go. My truck is not a daily...- Poppy 87

Well Ted, I don't recommend this, but when driving with the SCREAMING with no oil, you must continue to drive, preferably at extreme speed, and you will get this elusive warning light- Poppy 87

Learning as I go, but I'm stumped. Timing or an ignition issue?
Sounds like it slipped time or has excessive timing chain wear. As @Bextreme04 stated earlier, might be time for compression test and cylinder leak down. Inspect that balancer they do in fact slip if worn. If removing balancer, not much more work to remove timing cover to inspect the timing...- Poppy 87

School me on O2 sensors for the 87-91 tbi trucks
I'm not sure the old ecm would even recognize the O2 heater circuit. You are correct about overall effect on performance. If I found the fault to be the oxygen sensor, I would replace it with an OE type, probably ac delco these days.- Poppy 87

The 3 wire heated sensor was introduced to enter closed loop operation earlier, thus lessen emissions by entering the more desired lean running condition. These early emission systems are archaic at best, if it was my truck, I would run the diagnostic for MAP sensor first then the O2 if no...- Poppy 87
