What y'all think, patch it and run it?
Am pretty sure Fed. law bans tires over 7 years old, but could be wrong. I wanted to swap over some rally wheels with some Cragars and my tires were great looking, garage kept, 13 year old Goodyears. The lady that owned the shop said "No can do" and explained the 7 years thing. Ended up buying 5...- David King

No dash lights
If they are the standard "peanut" bulbs, you may have to turn them 180 degrees for them to light up. Found that out the hard way! Than swapped them all out with LED's, much better!- David King

gas gauge goes back an forth when im moving.
My gauge would stop at half a tank when I know it was full and as I drove it and the gas emptied when it got to half a tank the gauge would start down to "E". Replaced it with one from LMC, problem solved, steady as a rock.- David King

Hargerty! And if they total it, you get to keep it to part out or whatever. Had State Farm, they will give you current KBB and they keep the vehicle.- David King

Issues with seatbelts
Have an '85 C-10. Removed the seat, installed new carpet. During that process, removed all the seat belts and driver and passenger side retractable seat belt mechanisms with the belts intact. The retractable mechanisms were full of old carpet, dirt, and just plain nasty. Cleaned them up in my...- David King
