would it be this one… all of my wiring from door lock and windows run to this, would this power both of them… if so why do my door locks do have power only???
What you are holding is for the POWER LOCKS RELSY BRACKET and is ONLY for LOCKS. The WIRING PLUG (SEE PIC BELOW) that plugs to the LEFT of this Bracket and its RELAY is the DRIVERS DOOR LOCKS and the other one goes to the PASSENGER DOOR LOCK. NEITHER of the PWR WINDOWS should be hooked up to this RELAY BLOCK .

The POWER WINDOWS each run off of their OWN Single Wire LINK for POWER and is plugged into one of the two W's on the TOP position on the Fuse Block. Top one goes to DRIVERS SIDE and the second one, (just below it), RUNS to PASSENGER SIDE.

BOTH of the Door PWR Windows will use the same SINGLE Silver 30 AMP CIRCUIT BREAKER which is located at the BOTTOM of the Fuse Block that says "WDO". The RIGHT SIDE PRONG of the Circuit BREAKER is the GROUND and the LEFT PRONG is the POSITIVE. On a basic DIAGRAM SCHEMATIC, it would be reflected with a SINGLE DOTTED PINK LINE (Pink Wire), from BOTH of the "W's" at the UPPER part of the FUSE PANEL. The 1st "W" (top one), and the 2nd "W" directly below it, both use the SAME Single PINK WIRE that RUNS behind the FUSE BLOCK, which connects the "W" to the ONE "WDO" CIRCUIT BREAKER. (looks like a larger Fuse, but is silver/metal).

The WINDOW MOTORS both Ground themselves when BOLTED to their individual door OR there is a single BLACK WIRE GROUNDED to the BUS BAR that is located behind your gauges under the dash, which is generally located on the TOP left (DRIVERS SIDE) on the inside Firewall. It just depends whether you have a REVERSE POLARITY Set up or if you got the only other option which uses BUIILT IN OEM RELAYS. There are 2 RELAYS for each door motor. One is for UP and the pother is DOWN on ONE WINDOW and then again the same thing on the other door.

The attached PICTURES below shows:
1st PIC - The KEY/DOOR BUZZER Bracket & Set Up BOLTED to the Steering Column under DASH
2nd PIC - The HORN RELAY Bracket & Set Up also BOLTED to the Steering Column under DASH, (What you had in your pictures),
3rd PIC - HOW a RELAYED WINDOW System is WIRED (depending on what year yours is.
4th PIC - 1st PIC - PWR WINDOWS SWITCH SCHEMATIC
