They use a breaker,no fuse,no relay. Check for 12v to the drivers window switch,if you have 12v there then the wire to tge switch is good and the breaker is good. Now to complicate things some years flip flop power and ground to the window motor for up and down. Others just move power but have a constant ground. I don't have them memorized by year,so do your own investigation.

It is a breaker in the fuse box,you are showing g a relay. A relay for what I do not know, but it's not power for your windows.

That’s the door lock relay. The circuit breaker for the power windows is in the fuse box.

Dammit looked up wiring g schematics looks like 82 had 2 different types of power windows. The one with a factory relay is new to me,sorry. Anyways here's both schematics. N M one is for the locks one is for the windows.

I circled the circuit breaker. The pink wire coming out of the bottom of the breaker on the right side is the power feed to the windows. No power? Check the breaker.

Orange and black are your constant hot at the relay and the door switch, check for power with the key on. NM relay and schematic with a relay are for the door locks. I'd check for broken wires in the door boots and power on one terminal of the door switch.
