Just to stay in line with this thread, the truck is close to the 9ft plus line. from ground to bottom of the front bumper is at 31 or 32 inches. It passes the delaware dmv regulations by the skin of its teeth but thats the height. fyi the tires on it are 35x12.50x16.5 obviously it can fit... -

Hey guys, hate to have to do this but the time has come and i am selling my very close to my heart truck. k20 4x4 700r4 trans fresh rebuild about a year ago only put about 8000 miles on trans since rebuild. 14 bolt sf transfer case also checked during rebuild its tagged in delaware until june... -

the auzzies love those holden Utes since they have the same power plant as the g8 ls2 motors. it has a good amount of ass to it. my only gripe is that it uses the independent rears so no solid axles. i guess its more like a sport truck car weird hybrid thing i couldnt get used to it. oh well to...- Zaar

16.5 rims Help
My truck is Factory 16.5 i have pics and i run 35 12.50 16.5 bfg mud terrains on my truck. cucv trucks are also 16.5 so fyi it is a factory option. k20's and k30s had em as well as the k30 cucv's. oh and dont try to shimmy a 16 inch rim on a k20 or cucv because it will rub the caliper... -

engine missing when given gas
hmmm? cant say ive had that many problems with a quadrajet they are pretty stout when rebuilt. check your choke. you may want to remove the carb to do a quick rebuild plus it's pretty easy for the most part. the metering rods in the carb do stick from time to time as well. when you get a chance...- Zaar

Actually its not that bad of a job if you decide to tackle it yourself if not get ready to pay for shop time and i dont see the reason to shell out cash on replacing the springs. i did my lift springs in a drive way with 14ton jack stands from harbor freight and they worked well and had proper...- Zaar

ahh the magical rough ride question. ok everyone here had a good point. but end result is the lift spring. the shock just helps to dampen the rigidity of the spring if you pay attention to axis and vertices of suspension components youll understand that as you increase the arch of the spring...- Zaar
