Passenger window troubleshooting, help please
The 88 Suburban is being moody. Last week it was the heater core, this week it’s the passenger front window. That window has always had an intermittent issue. Specifically, it has always worked from the passenger side switch (even when the driver’s side is being moody), but it only works...- tj43

Box came out pretty easy. I got it split apart and the new Summit core fit nicely. Buttoned her back up with the aluminum blend door latch and pin (thanks for that pointer—the original definitely broke as soon as I touched it). I have everything cleaned up and ready to go back in the truck... -

Nothing like that. Just a higher, more labored idle and a bit more load on the engine at all RPMs. I am relatively certain it is normal. -

Driver Vent Window

Searching for a modern sound system
I looked at lots of options and ended up with a Retrosound radio. It has Bluetooth audio and phone, but still maintains the factory dash and 2 knob look. It has all the inputs and outputs for modern stereo accessories. Installation is fiddly, but not hard. Overall, I am pleased with it.- tj43
