Fuse panel
I ended pulling the fuse panel, found someone had cut the the ACC Buss power supply wire, fixed that, power restored to the ACC Buss. I replaced the intermittent duty solenoid with a continuous duty solenoid, cured the issue. Auxiliary battery charging as should have been. Thanks for the help...- strategic90

I appreciate the in site and advice, as soon as weather gets better and I get a free weekend, I'll be diving back into this. I did find a wiring schematic, it showed the auxiliary battery solenoid/relay was powered off the radio fuse/circuit with a yellow wire. There is a yellow wire there...- strategic90
