Agree with everything. Also, alignment issues can happen when tie rods are replaced without measuring, or when the steering wheel is turned and the front end components are not connected. It can be difficult to align everything afterwards.

Stuck spindle

Yup. I like my Plumb pickle fork and some air chisel bits/fork. If the air chisel bit gets stuck, remove it from the chisel and try a different bit opposite to the one stuck. Then beat the Hell out of it with a good hammer. Protect your eyes/teeth.
