    I believe it's a stock rear end, but I'm not worried about it anymore anyways since it won't be a direct bolt on. When I look for a rear end, would a full float be better than a semi float?

I read that the 400's were changed out with a 700R4, but again I only put it on the lift once and didn't pay too close attention.
