I use Zerex G05 in all my vehicle now and it is the only one that Mercedes endorses as an alternative to their own. I really doubt the G05 had anything to do with my problem. I am replacing my heater core as well as it has a split in one of the outlet tubes.

I use Zerex G05 50/50 mix. My truck originally had a 305 with a ton of miles and wiped the cam so I put a new GM 350 crate motor in and swapped the pulleys from the 305.
