I've been using these wheel spacers for the last two years with no issues. For the first 6 months i would periodically retorque the lugs and found no changes. My real concern was they would loosen, but that fear is gone now. And i love how the rear wheels fit now. Just my experience.- R Carnella

Can someone point me in the right direction on a 78 c20 rear disc conversion
I was planning to convert to rear disk on my burb as part of upgrading the brakes, but a few months ago i installed the wilwood d52 duel piston calipers and a set of rotors from summit racing on the fronts. And holy crap the burb stops so good now I'm leaving the rears alone. Just throwing it...- R Carnella

It's also possible a diode has shorted in the alternator. Disconnect the battery wire from the back of the alternator and see if the short goes away- R Carnella
