I tried that for 500 miles. I adjusted it multiple times, then I gave up. The belt seemed clean too when I pulled it. I guess I just got a bad one.

I'm looking at a posi front and rear setup for street ability. But maybe posi rear lunch box locker front since I have locking hubs.

Do the front and rear diffs use the same ring and pinion/carrier? For instance, buying two of the same for front and rear.

Just disassembling it I know I have a 5.7, NP208, 700r4 and open diffs. I would like to know the option package, but not for $50. Weird, BMW will do it for free. 1983 it's out the window anyway. I'm adding options as I go. Mostly subtracting them.
