Has anybody done this?
Came across this one when I was researching my shortbed project. Went to C&C axle it looks like. I think it looks legit. Only ones I've seen have had the shortbed conversion done to them. But this guy looks like he custom made his whole bed using the dually fenders! And a crew cab pic- Mikek10

Finally stopped lurking
Just measured and I am pretty sure the trailer was 7' wide with 18' deck and 2' dovetail. It was a 2" Rough country lift: http://www.roughcountry.com/gm-suspension-lift-kit-135-20.html 33x12.50x15 tires. I loved the stance if you are not looking for a offroading truck.- Mikek10

Thanks. I like the looks of the shortbed crew cab and I thought it would be a fun project is the main reason. It is a cab chassis axle so I think I am going to run single rear wheel mostly. Will probably run dual when I get a gooseneck hitch in for a cattle trailer. I rented the trailer but I...- Mikek10
