    Good luck with that. Everytime I would see one on a site it was gone before I could click it. I ended up changing the heads and exhaust manifold and have been much happier. Have done this on two trucks. a 79 Chevy and an 81 GMC. Ended up o the GMC swapping the original 6 for a different one...

    I bought long headers and they hit the transmission on the passenger side. Now going with ram horns and hoping I can get a exhaust tube up to them with no issues.

    If you are close to Texas I just took a 250/6 out of my GMC. Make you a great deal! Standard head and exhaust manifold on it. I also have a new 2bbl carb with the elect choke I never used if someone needs one

    Thanks for the great pics! I was trying to put the adjuster bolt mech in the wrong spot and of course I was having issues! Instead of putting it on the vertical piece I was trying to put it on the horizontal piece. I have great pictures of the top of the system from before I disassembled it...

    Finally figured it out! There was a whole fuse missing in the panel. Of course I was only looking at the ones that were installed, then I noticed one called PWR ACCY and stuck a 25 amp fuse in there and the A/C and Blower started working. Felt dumb and smart at the same time
