85 Chevy k20
Ordered new master cyl and brake booster, going thru the whole truck…. Previously was what seamed to be a paper gasket between the master and booster (in picture) first off, can’t find one online anywhere and second does it need it? They’re both sealed units so I would imagine not?

I’ve looked literally EVERYWHERE for the power brake filter, out of stock on every web site. Is there something I could use in place of it or get rid of it in general?

@Raider L i totaled the truck 8 years ago and rebuilt it started with just the frame and painted it pink, I don’t regret it call me what you will lol!
(85 k20 3/4 ton 4wd front disk, rear drum)
Is the proportioning valve supposed to be mounted up under the front of the frame or up by the master cylinder? One piece at a time resto project and not sure if this is right. Pictures are attached.
Look at pictures. To make a long story short, rebuilt this 85 chev k20 about 10yrs ago. It has a 70’s style frame because that’s all I could get at the time. The motor is a 79’ 350 and the rest of the body is an 85’.
