    Ended up with a set of General Grabber 31x10.50R15 tires on original GM PA06 optional 8x15 wheels. Very happy with the solid looks and buttery ride that makes potholes almost disappear.

    I was thinking about reinstalling the emblems but I would not like to drill the holes if that's avoidable. How is the emblem, is there good surface on the backside for adhesive material? Any experience on this?

    Sorry I was not specific enough. I meant did we have outline white letter "OWL" tires like the Grabbers in the picture during the 80's? Or were all white lettr tires during the 80's with full white letters "RWL" like Cooper Cobras?
