    i agree the "hooks" point down and forward and when original probably swung better than they do now, the inertia would be correct. appreciate all the input and ideas!

    I see an engineered part that is important. I have no idea what it does but I see a piece of steel that can cut my new seat....if I can delete it I will. Or find out function and make the engineers proud and use it

    Can someone tell me what the double "L" shaped piece is on the sides of my seat? what does it do and is it oriented correctly. I took it apart so long ago I do not recall which way it was facing. Can I just delete? what is it for?

    door lock switch question......i need switches for my doors, looking at LMC some switches are 70 bucks for 79-81 trucks 82-87 are 9 bucks,,,anyone know why the price difference? i have suburban doors as replacements looking for switches and since i dont know the year of the doors just wondering...

    Chrome bumpers comparison ?

    I had the back of my amd front bumper clear coated so the back wouldn't rust and creep to the chrome. It hasn't been in the real world yet. Truck is at the body shop still
