New Heater Cables 1984 K10 (Non-AC)
Does anyone have a source for these? LMC only sells a cable for AC trucks in this year, and Google/searching this site have let me down. I see Old Air Products has one, but it does not appear like mine and has different attachments... -

Rear axle replacement
It’s a lot easier to replace the whole rear end, with a known good axle with the same gear ratio, than to get into fixing your internals. Simply swap it out. I had what you had happen with my 1985 10 bolt, back in high school. Drivers side axle with tire rolled away downhill while I stopped...- K10Keith
