    Hi all. I just replaced all of the belts on my 87 V10 and when I first started it, they weren't squeaking anymore, but after a few drives, one of them is starting to squeak again. Is this because of the AC compressor or alternator aren't tight enough? Thanks!

    The two bolts are on the backside. The front only has one.

    I tried that and it didn't work. Here is a photo of the back side of the latch. It looks like the catch on the under side of the hood isn't even getting down far enough.

    I agree. I just looked at the alternators for my truck at Advance and AutoZone and all of them had two wire plugs.

    Hi all. I bought an '87 V10 1500 long bed last year and it doesn't have the fan shroud on it. I was looking under the hood the other day and noticed that it looked like the radiator was new, but the top brackets had been bent. I'd like to install a new shroud, but I'll have to replace the top...

    I replaced the dimmer switch today and they work now. However, when I turn the brights on, should the low beams stay on?
