    Sounds like maybe heat sink on the starter. Do you have headers on the truck? I think you can get heat shields for the starter as well.

    Yeah, I'm lowered 4.5/5 now and the headers aren't hitting anything.

    The cam in my truck is a Lunati Hydraulic flat tappet .515 lift, 300 duration. Can someone link me to some reasonably priced valve springs, that would be good with that cam? The truck is running fine, but I'm about to get some full roller rockers, and would like to get some valve springs...

    Cool, if I could find some 6x9 boxes that would still allow me to have the seat all the way back, that would work well.

    Thanks, do the 3.5's just mount on top of the dash? Some of these trucks came with 4x10's in the rear as well, right?

    I have a 82 GMC Sierra, did these trucks come stock with speakers for a radio? If so, where are they? I have a cd player in my truck that's not hooked up, and if I could bolt some speakers in a stock location, that would be nice. Thanks guys.

    lol Alright thanks. The P.O. had a aftermarket speaker box sitting behind the seat, and I unhooked the 2 main wires going to it, and took it out, maybe those wires i posted in the pics, had something to do with that.

    Thanks, yeah my truck doesn't even have a dome light, maybe it once did. So, can I just paint over those drain plugs?

    My truck is going to be dropped 4.5 in the front would a 255/60/15 be about the best tire size to run on the front with that drop?
