    Those days are long gone, at least down here in the San Diego area. Most 350 and other Chevy engines (including big blocks) are going for 1 thousand to 2 thousand on Craigslist and Facebook Market. Maybe it is just here. I do have friends in New Mexico where they seem to still be plentiful...

    It has a side fuel inlet, so it should be a Chevy. Looks to be in the 67 to 75 years too. Desirable for someone who is restoring an older Chevy.

    Talk me out of cutting my dash

    Does any company make a "patch panel" to repair the butchered area? I fabricated my own, but it would be nice to have something that is more stock looking. Biggest regret I ever made with my truck was cutting out the stock radio area. I am the original owner and should have known better.
