5.3 with 700r4 question

I'm torn between using the 700 and the 4l60. I have a 700 from my 350 tbi, but installing a 5.3. Looks like I need a spacer and tv set up from bowtie overdrives. What else would I need to run the 700? Or go with a 4l60? Thanks in advanced!

Hey guys and gals! I'm new here. Bagged 87 r10 going with a 5.3 with 3" Z'd frame. Was wondering if you guys have any pics on raising the tunnel or links..Thanks!
