OK good info....So the diverter valve is on the pump? Have you heard of these trucks being brand sensitive? I thought I saw somewhere a guy was able to stop his o2 code by buying a delco sensor. Its just another $50 so I am reluctant to do it.
ok i am trying to troubleshoot an o2 code (1-3) i think it may be the result of some other electrical issue as i have replaced the sensor with a new bosch, so i have found a few cut wires and will start with this one.

Just the 1-3 which if I remember only refers back to the sensor right? The thing is it does not throw right away, it only comes on when the truck hits 170 degrees....at least I made that mental note when it came on last.
I finally found a replacement with the new pigtailand it turned the check engine light off but it comes back on after driving for a while and is throwing that same code......any ideas? My bypass hose looks kinked and needs replaced but would that cause the temp sensor to throw codes?

Thats interesting....where did the cooler mount? Is the pump still the same design? That cooler must retain the additional fluid that my res holds for my system. I always assumed the res was there because the hydro boost required more fluid but maybe it just serves as a cooler as it does install...
Any one else have a remote ps reservoir with the hydroboost? Do I need it? Couldn't I get the pump that has the larger fluid capacity instead?

Yeah I am starting to suspect the switches as well.... they also have a grounding wire that could be the culprit. Still not yet driving the truck while I get this little crap fixed and until this week I have been in no rush. Now I need it on the road and still have too much to figure out........
So 3 of the 4 power windows work but they move incredibly slow. I pulled the drivers regulator and cleaned it up which seemed to help but not for long.
What is the best way to diagnose without just replacing **** until they work right ..... which seems to be my normal method.

It's the relay under the dash. They just dont operate every time they are switched, but hell nothing does on this truck. The power windows only work half the time.the relay looks as if its been taken apart at some point and will no longer stay in its housing. A cheap part I know but 5$ here, 25$...
