1978 hood stripes
Yes, 79 had three stripes that almost filled the indentation on each side of the hood. 78 was a little different - I have the sales brochure, and some pictures of my fathers 78 Suburban from that era, but its hard to guess the exact dimensions, and offsets. 1978 hood stripes
78 factory hood stripes. Can anyone tell me the proper width/dimensions on the two stripes on each side of the hood for a 1978 Jimmy? Bonus question - What colours would they have been from the factory, for a truck with dark brown main colour, and white top, sides and hood ?- dlg60
