Quadrajet tuning made easy
I used to build Q-jets as part of a job I had years ago. The one thing that trashes them is the primary shafts, they wear out the bores in the throttle body. Grab the linkage side and see if there is play in the shaft, if there is it will suck air and it is near impossible to get the idle right...- David Clark

Aux Battery Tray
Given that most are Chevy powered the tray on the drivers side would be auxiliary and since mine has an Olds with the starter on the drivers side that would be the tray I need. Thanks DC- David Clark

Aux Battery Tray
Which side is auxiliary? My C10 is an '80 that at one time had an Olds Diesel and has been a 403 for years. It has been parked for a while and I'm now going through it and the trays on both sides need to replace but I really only need the one on the drivers side, that's whee the starter is.
