Poll -Would doing a LS swap in a CLEAN 1987 V10 INCREASE to DECREASE VALUE?
IMHO, the LS swap will increase the value from the perspective of increasing the drivability. It's more reliable and a nice horsepower doesn't come at the cost of MPG. The key I think is minimizing upgrades that require permanent modifications and keeping all of the original parts so it can be...- CrapJunknStuff

I bought a Jeep to fit my winch.....
I had a 1969 CJ-5 with the factory Buick 225 V-6. 175hp, 3-spd with the Warn overdrive. It would climb a tree. Horrible, tiny 9" drum brakes, loose jeep steering. Pedals come up from the floor. Miserable to drive - I loved it. Upgrade the brakes to 74 or later Cj5 11" drums, grab the swing...- CrapJunknStuff

K5 Removable Top
Sorry, what I should have said was that the 1974 GEN1 Dodge/Plymouth Ram Charger was the only year to have a full removable top AND no door window frame. The window frame was part of the top like the GEN1/2 Blazers. The '75 Dodges would technically be a GEN2 for them. When I think of a true...- CrapJunknStuff

K5 Removable Top
I've had (2) GEN1s, a 1970 and 1972, and (7) GEN2s (1973-1975) - both are full fiberglass convertibles up to the windshield. I have a love affair with them. I also had a (2) GEN3s (1976 - 1991). Those were the steel half cabs with fiberglass rear tops. The GEN1s are out of most everyone's price...- CrapJunknStuff
