Looks to be the piece that the oil filter itself screws on to. If that is what that piece is than no it doesn't. The O-ring on the oil filter provides the seal.

Hey all,
I have a '75 K20 with an M20. I want to stay with a manual but would love to have an OD for highway driving. Any suggestions on what tranny to look into?

Hey all,
I am new to the boards (obviously) and am looking forward to learning alot from y'all and hoping to also give back some as well. I currently have a 1975 Chevy K20 that I just bought from my uncle, whom was the original owner.
