How Will My Square Body Look With XX Lift and XX Tires?

Thanks I drive this truck at least 3 times a week. it drives good for it size and i have always thought these was the best body styles.. I need to go up about 4 to 6more inches to clear the tires so i can put uncut fenders on it. Just not sure how to do it???
