    Yeah the oil gets dark really quick. Do you use the carb/fuel injector cleaner once a month or every gas tank? and I’ve been using 10w-30 but I’ll give your suggested oil a try thanks

    Hello ladies and gents! I had some trouble starting and idling with my truck. I planned on changing spark plugs and wires as apart of the project schedule and went ahead. Now!!! She starts perfect and runs like a Dream compared to before. BUT!! now I’m getting a concerning amount...

    Alright I plugged it up and now it’s just idling really low... who wants to give me the tutorial on the isle screws :). I could look it up on you tube but I’d rather talk to you guys

    I also did just replace the valve covers and replaced the pcv valve with a breather. Could that be it ?

    Hey ladies and gents. just recently had this problem starting that I go to start the truck and it’ll turn after a couple goes. Idles high then it slowly idles down then turns off. Any ideas?

    I know I know I read the thread above. so I know I need to replace the valve and I was looking at diagrams for vacuum lines. And I looked under the hood and it looks to me the previous owner took out the solenoid also. It’s a 1984 so I assumed that he just took all the emissions stuff...

    Any other brand you suggest? Ceramic coated should be fine yes?
