    Sealing intake manifold?

R72232 is the John Deere part number, shows the balls themselves start off at .32 In. I can't remember off hand what they crush down though.

    Sealing intake manifold?

We use lead balls for figuring out shim packs for final drive preload on john deere tractors. If you have a deere dealer close I could find a part number for you.

    Gone & done it again!

Beautiful CUCV! My ill advised way of getting old diesels started is taking a cloth rag and putting some gas on it and holding it over the intake with the air cleaner off. Much more efficient then ether bunny

What have you done to your square lately??

Finally found a set of 31x10.5x15's and even came with a decent set of rims, we'll see how the paint holds up but they were $600 and the tires are pretty much new. Got them installed today along with the new tail light lenses

Fuel tank replacement on 1987 LS swapped square body

Welcome! The parts required depend on how your Fuel system is set up, most common is to use the 87 Fuel tank and run an ls Fuel pump in the tank. Beings as yours is an 87 I'd assume they reused the factory tank. In my opinion for the pumps and tank selector if there is no issue with it I would...

What have you done to your square lately??

Got tail lights, bumper and bed pulled off the CUCV and got the service bed pulled around to start taking measurements for making the mounts and possibly relocating fuel tank to a blazer tank.

What new tools have you got lately?

The price changes wildly on it for some reason, when I first found it they had it listed at 600 and it randomly went on sale for 499 and I slowly went up after that. I set a notification for if it dropped under 500. They had 2 left when I ordered it at 425.

What new tools have you got lately?

I've been watching this gearwrench 209 piece socket set for a long time and they dropped it to $425 for a day, so I ordered it. Now all of my miscellaneous socket sets can come home with me and these will be my new work sockets https://a.co/d/04AOAzZk

What have you done to your square lately??

Pulled the rest of the decent parts off the C30 and brought it in for scrap. Then used the funds to buy bucket seats from a 2014 ram and a center console from a 2013 silverado to replace the bench in the suburban.

Got the plow mount pulled off and the CUCV bumper and guard back on, need to fix an exhaust leak and get the bed pulled to make way for the service bed that will take its place.
