Answered own question. It had thrown alternator belt and evidently didn't have enough juice to make it blink.
Replaced belt and it's working now.
Odd that all the other stuff worked except left turn.
I check and according to decal in glove box, the truck has 3.08 gears. Knowing the old guy that had it, I feel fairly certain they were not changed.
The tires on it now are nice, but just a little small. But instead of putting $800 towards tires, I think I'm going to put it towards paint...
My left turn signal does not work. Right turn ok, and hazard lights ok and all bulbs flash accordingly.
When I apply left turn signal, the indicator inside lights up, but does not blink.
Where should I start looking first?
Thanks,
Neil
Hi everyone. Just bought a 82 GMC Sierra Classic tonight.(From the original owner!)
Very well maintained truck with lots of new stuff, one being tires. However they are too small at 235/75/15. As much as I like the looks of a 3-4" lift on these, I'm going to leave it at factory height...
